COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE PROMOTES PERMACULTURE!

Staff from the Colorado State Forest Service visited the new site of High Altitude Permaculture recently to see the progress of the shrubs and trees we obtained from their Fort Collins nursery last spring.

The ponderosa pine, nanking cherry, lilac, golden currant, buffalo berry and siberian pea shrub — 330 plants in all — are vital elements of our new forest garden.

The resulting story and some photos of their visit can be found at: http://csfs.colostate.edu/pages/main-features.html#permaculture
